Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Salune tools. If something is not right, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with all accessories.
• Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us cannot be accepted.

Hygiene items
For hygiene reasons, personal-care items such as makeup brushes, facial cleansing brushes, body and shower brushes, and hair brushes cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days with a photo or video of the item. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the delivery cost.

Change of mind
If you change your mind about an eligible, unopened item, the customer pays the delivery fee for the return or exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, approved refunds are paid in cash.
